We are a small, independent consulting firm that works exclusively with Community Foundations. Unlike larger technology firms, our dedicated focus means we bring deep, specialized knowledge and offer a true, long-term partnership built on continuity and trust. We are nimble and responsive, tailoring every engagement to your unique goals.
Do you implement software, or just recommend it?
We do both! We help foundations make strategic, informed decisions through a clear process, and we are available to continue supporting you through the vendor selection and implementation phases. This includes data migration, vendor onboarding, and change management.
How long does a typical software search engagement take?
While timelines vary by foundation complexity, our process follows a structured, multi-phase approach starting with a Current State Analysis and moving through RFP Development, System Demos, and a final Recommendation. We can provide an estimated timeline during your initial consultation.
Do you have an affiliation or partnership with any specific software vendor?
No. We evaluate solutions objectively. We tailor our recommendations based on our synthesis of your current state, future needs, RFP results, and demos. We develop a 5-year cost projection for each solution to support a clear, cost-effective comparison.
How is your work typically priced?
All our projects are billed hourly. We will provide an estimated scope of work and associated costs following our initial consultation to ensure clarity before we begin the project.
